Trust

Whatever happened to trusting real things? I am saddened that I have to trust a computer-generated file over a person. I don't want to be so aloof to simply say, "that's life" or "people are like that these days", since to do so would be a sign that shows that I do not care enough to change what is wrong in the world. On the other hand, perhaps it is too idealistic a thought?

I suppose it would be safe to give the back seat to "being realistic", at least until reality starts biting me in the rear.
