A change for the better?

I am faced with a decision that I can't ignore, or let wait for too long. I suppose that if this were a game, this would be the point where I choose between which paths would lead me towards the "better ending" (I don't want to say "bad" because, well, it's too uncertain; life's like that).

Regardless of the cons, I feel compelled to take my chances with this new leadership role. I don't think I could accept it if I just let this opportunity go. I'll face this change with no second thoughts and no regrets. I leave it to God what happens next.
